  • Staff Led Educational Study - 5 hours per week (260 hours per resident)

  • Personal Mentorship with Advisor - 1.5 hours per week (78 hours per resident)

  • OTJ personal Mentoring - 1 hour per week (52 hours per resident)

  • Financial Advisement Classes - 1.5 per week (78 hours per resident)

  • Family Restoration courses/meeting with family - 3 hours per month (36 hours per resident)

  • Leadership Training Internship (Varies)

  • Animal Therapy - Adolescents - 1.5 hours per week (78 hours per resident)

  • Supervised Work Therapy - 32 hours per week (1,664 hours per resident)

    • During the work therapy, residents are trained in different positions throughout the different job sites. Their supervisor helps them through the different issues that they are dealing with in a more lenient way than a normal job would.
